About us
I have always had a creative eye. Growing up I was always doing my friends hair and makeup and playing with arts and crafts. I studied Creative Arts in cegep and it revealed an interest in photography. I soon found a love for manipulating my models and sets and creating everything from scratch. This is something I can easily do with makeup. Makeup Artistry allows me to play with colour and manipulate my looks the way I need and want them to. I was always told that in life, if you do what you love, you'll never work. When it came time for me to choose my career path, nothing had ever been more clear to me then to become a makeup artist.
In life, if I can simply make people smile, I will be forever happy. Being a makeup artist allows me the opportunity to do just that! Ever since a young age I have gone out of my way to make other people happy, and I am forever grateful that I can continue to do so through the love of my work as a makeup artist. I love pushing the boundaries of the makeup world bringing it beyond everyday fashion and beauty. I have discovered a love for experimenting with different colours and textures and pushing them past their limits. I always give a hundred and ten percent and for me the most important thing is for my client to feel their absolute best and let their inner beauty shine through. When it comes to more industry and high fashion looks, it is important for me to create looks that aren't your everyday. I have always worn my heart on my sleeve and it shows through all of my work.
