The Birchington Heritage Trust was established in May 2002 and was granted Charity status in August 2003. Since then, we have established a small local museum and archive room at the Village Centre, where our lovely volunteers encourage visitors to call in and explore the treasures within. We are proud to hold and be able to share written information on almost every topic connected with Birchington, as well as offering copying and photo printing facilities. Please feel free to pop in, take a look around and if you have any Birchington stories to share, we would love to hear all about them.
In the mean time, please start sharing any comments, your memories, photos, or stories with us via this page. We're really excited to hear about all things Birchington.
Located in the Burley Gallery in Birchington Library, we are open normal library opening hours for viewing, with stewards on duty to assist with research facilities Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.
