  Roberta D. wrote: Stay far away! I was charged a higher price than the quoted range and her nails were not even properly clipped.. I specifically asked for text because I would not be where I could answer. They had time to text me a photo of my baby in the tub, but not to text "call the groomer.". Because they called rather than texted, they decided to shave her completely when my choice would have been clip the knots and leave the rest long. The LASTING DAMAGE was their inexplicable choice to shave the base of my shih Ray's magnificent long tail. Its volume is reduced by half and will take at least a year to grow out, looking awful the while time. In 30 years of dog ownership, I habe never left a groomer so angry and displeased with every aspect of the result
