Via https://www.facebook.com/249559788728969 Peter S- Bay Area Realtor, PhD you'd better interview a few realtors and make sure to pick the one you would like to work together for the next couple of months. He or she should have enough knowledge about your area of interest and also should listen to what you really need and work hard to gain long term benefits for you. As for the lender, it's usually referred by the realtor as they two will work together later. If you wanna use a lender that had never worked with your realtor, that is fine, but sometimes will delay the process if disconnections between them occur.
