  I hope this post is allowed. Anyone know a handyman who has experience installing flooring, specifically luxury vinyl planks? Lowes gave me a price of $1.99sq ft so I'm looking to beat that. This can be a project that doesn't have to be done in a a day or two but for the right price, this can be a couple / few weekend job for some "extra money". Thanks for any tips. In full disclosure, two rooms need the carpet taken up and once the flooring is laid, quarter round needs to be installed to the baseboard. A professional from a local reputable flooring installer said it could be installed over the existing tile without issue.
