  Can anybody recommend a good letting agent in Formby/Crosby or Southport please? We have a property in Formby and have been getting a terrible service from the current agent despite them being paid a hefty commission. They have allowed the tenants to dictate the terms of the tenancy and we are sick and tired of their excuses for not to do anything. Would be really grateful for any recommendations. Thank You.
