What makes our camps different from Normal Tents?
Camp is tucked away in the midst of deep forests of oaks. We have inventory of 60 Camps. Each camp has attached washroom with running water facility. We provide 24hrs. supply of electricity with an adequate back up facility. Apart from the beautiful location, Campsite consists a large play ground area in which anyone whether a child or an adult can enjoy a number of activities.

Best time to visit Kanatal
You can visit Kanatal anytime throughout the year as the place has salubrious climate all around. Carry light woolens while a visit in summers and heavy woolens if you are planning a visit to Kanatal during winters. You can be blessed with snowfall at Kanatal in December, January and February. Monsoon months receive heavy rainfall to nourish the greenery of this region making it a must watch destination.

Food served at Camp is absolutely yummy and hygienically prepared. Our Food is our USP. Our food menu consists of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. We feel pleasure to alter our menus with the guest’s choice.

Dining Room
Dining is an interesting affair in separate and spacious tents in buffet form. Full course vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet meals are served. Delicious and multi cuisine dishes- Indian, Tandoori are prepared by trained chefs.

This sacred temple is set at an astounding altitude of 3030mts above sea level. One can reach there through 2 km easy trek. The trek to Surkanda Devi goes through dense forest which is rich in varied flora and fauna. The trek affords panoramic views of snow clad peaks of the splendid Himalayan range.

• Surkhanda Devi Temple, 7kms
It is 7kms far from our base camps by road. If you are really looking for a good trek, you can add a good trekking experience of Surkanda Devi Temple instead of going by road. It is a Hindu temple situated close to the small resort hamlet of Dhanaulti in Tehri District. It is at an altitude of about 10,000 ft, 2000 ft above Dhanaulti, which itself it at quite a height above sea level. It is surrounded by dense forests and affords a scenic view of the surrounding region including the Himalayas to the north, and certain cities to the south (e.g., Dehradun, Rishikesh) The Gange Dussera festival is celebrated every year between May and June and attracts a lot of people. Legend has it that the head of the charred body of Goddess Sati fell here when Lord Shiva was taking her remains along with him after she give her life in the yajna started by her father.


• Tehri Dam, 28kms
Tehri Dam is the primary dam of the Tehri Development Project, a major hydroelectric project centered near Tehri Town in the state of Uttarakhand in India. Located on the Bhagirathi River, the principal tributary of the sacred River Ganges, the Tehri Dam has a height of 855 feet (261 m), making it the 5th tallest dam in the world. The dam's intended capabilities include a power generation capacity of 2400 MW, provision of irrigation to an area of 270,000 hectares, irrigation stabilization to an area of 600,000 hectares, and a supply of 270 million gallons of drinking water per day to the industrialized areas of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. There is another smaller dam 14 km downstream at Koteshwar that will produce 400 MW of electricity, and is still considered part of the TDP hydroelectric plan. While initially planned with an approximate budget of 4 million U.S. dollars, an equivalent of over 1 billion US dollars has been spent on the construction of the dam to date.

A very good destination for eco-tourists to enjoy Eco-park consisting of herbal garden, treks, Himalayan view, animals and bird watching inside deodar forest, Heavy snow fall occurs during winter.

• Mussoorie, 42kms
This hill station, situated in the foothills of the Himalaya ranges, is also known as the Queen of the Hills. The adjoining town of Landour, which includes a military cantonment, is considered part of 'greater Mussoorie', as are the townships of Barlowganj and Jharipani. Being at an average altitude of 2,000 meters (6,600 ft), Mussoorie, with its green hills and varied flora and fauna, is a fascinating hill resort. Commanding snow ranges to the north-east and glittering views of the Doon Valley and Shiwalik ranges in the south, the town was once said to present a 'fairyland' atmosphere to tourists.

• Rishikesh, 75kms
Rishikesh is an ideal spot for white water rafting in a Holy river Ganga. Rishikesh comer under the shivalik range of the Himalayas and the place is also the home of numerous temples. It is one of the busiest places of Uttarakhand where lakhs of tourists visit every month throughout the year. show more
