  Iso $150 - Scappoose Hello I'm looking for hair and make up artist for June 20th, the person who was going to do it originally canceled on me last min. My wedding is in scappoose Or, I have 5 girls who need hair done one being a flower girl and 4 who need make up done. I can not spend more than $150 for myself and my bridesmaids can't spend more than $85. We will need to be done by 2:30 PM.
