  Any recommendations on contractors/insulation, basically any improvement in energy (HVAC) efficiency etc? My attic has minimal insulation, and I doubt the walls got any better treatment. Moved in this past January, in the winter my heater could barely keep up... and now that it's warming up, my AC is running pretty much all day and some days even when it's been running all day it's 78° or so.
