  Hello everyone! I live in the neighborhood and am new to the group. I want to ask if anyone knows a licensed plumber that I can trust and is very affordable. My shower does not drain. There is an old hair/lint trap canister that is cracked, leaks and is clogged. (1949 old house) I need to have it replaced with a curved pipe. (I know the parts are cheap, it's the labor costs that can be pricey.) It is not affordable for me to replace all my old pipes right now. Just need to be able to take a decent shower again. Also my floor under the toilet is sinking in, the toilet leans to one side, probably old, wet rotted wood. (Maybe a leak somewhere.) I know this is not an expensive task either. The person that could normally do it all for me lives too far away now. I appreciate all of your assistance! And, thank you for allowing me to join your group!!   We've used Cady plumbing a couple of times and they seemed to fix the leaks we had- 303-758-8910. I think both times we had them out it was about $150.
