  Again We need a new carpenter/handyman. The One we were using didn't point out a obvious issue with trim board when replacing some deck boards. It may or may not have gotten worse over the winter. I cannot proceed with painting till corrected. Thanks in advance. Potential for more exterior and interior work over the summer and the next year or two as we fix things for a potential sale in the future. Thanks
