Ideally, I'd like someone bilingual who can go present a cash for keys offer, and then follow thru on eviction quickly if negative response. My lawyer says he'll handle 'em, but I'm amused by the thought of him in his nice suit walking up to a $40K house where no one speaks English.

  I'd just use an attorney. There are several services that I've seen on Craigslist, but do you want some random Joe evicting your tenant? I wouldn't. Plus if they appeal it to county court, that person cannot do anything for you, as you'd need a lawyer.   I do all my own JP evictions as it saves $$$ [an eviction appeal would be another matter altogether]. I would just flat out ask him what he would charge to do it, and he will tell you I bet.
