  Hi, seriously thinking about setting up a simple track system in the field that I use for my 2 horses for use from Spring. Where is the best place to buy native grass seed mix to put in the remaining part of field for hay or for strip grazing in Autumn? Also, does anyone know where to buy edible, live willow so I can plant some nibble areas. Any other tips on simple tracks (without hardcore etc) would be appreciated. Thank you

  You might want to read the book in the pinned post above for the basic idea of a track system - although many on here have developed it to include elements of the wider environment like planting as you suggest. two plant ident and uses blogs can be found on my website www.total-contact.co.uk Willow and other shrubby things can easily be purchased from internet nurseries as can seed mixes. Have fun planning your track but you'll find it a benefit to start it off the right way.
