Hi all I am looking for a personal trainer in the Caloundra/Kings Beach area. I have a considerable amount of weight I'd like to lose but a quick fix or "rapid results" isn't what I'm looking for. I'm looking for someone who can help me make a lifestyle change and become a fitter and healthier version of myself. Someone who will help me with food as well as fitness and who I can be somewhat accountable to etc. Have tried quick boot camps etc in past but they usually require me to go hard from the beginning but then it is un achievable for me to maintain.
