  Need person to wall off (exaggeration) area being used for tomato and pumpkin planting to keep dirt in its proper place and not cascading onto sidewalk. Has rebar left from years-ago design work but that obstacle won't need removal. Basically want long-lasting, easy-to-install, affordable guard. Any suggestions for installer?
