  Just want to second Dragonflies Salon in Perkasie (Mentioned by Jenalyn) They do an awesome job with my kids and you pay according to their age. So, if they're 2, they're only $2 (my 4 year old is $4, etc). It's a small place and might be a little drive, but SO worth it for the cost and quality!
