  Ok, I need some advice for a friend. This person is in a rental home, currently month to month, landlord agreed to move out date of Oct 1 in early August. In meantime landlord decided he wanted to put house on market come Oct 1 so for the past four weekends has been at the house in which my friend still resides making living conditions unbearable for 2-3 days at a time. Some of the activity includes removing the front door for extended about of time and it was 100 degrees outside, delivered new sod during drought and watered all day on tenant's dime, just yesterday removed all countertops in bath and kitchen and instructed contractor to not hook up water bc he was too cheap to pay them and would do it himself. Problem is he is currently OUT OF THE COUNTRY!!! So this family (includes two kids) is now trying to live for next who knows how many days with no working sinks... Help!
