  Recommendations for contractors/businesses for whole house siding replacement. Already have quotes from Lowes and Home Depot and those estimates made me want to crawl into a corner and cry. While I understand the reasoning behind those prices (materials used, warranty for the materials and some protections for if something goes weird with the siding afterwards) my husband and I want to explore our other options. We know we’ll have to wait a while because it’s a little late to schedule something this big and have someone available before summer is done. Obviously looking for someone reasonably priced, qualified, etc. Although I am waiting for the day someone says “I want to pay as much as possible for terrible service provided by someone unqualified”
