About us
Having spent the past 30 years as a residential remodeler; consulting, designing, and managing projects for homeowners and home-buyers, I felt the next step in my professional career would be to become licensed as a home inspector. Until this time I have been consulting with buyers and sellers, “gratis”, to better inform them in their purchasing decisions and encourage their business for my remodeling company. It only seemed the natural progression to make a living through these services and provide my clients with the proper documentation to use in their home purchase transactions.
For home buyers, HomePro-Tech can provide inspection reports, termite, radon, and mold testing. I also offer pre-sale inspections which is a great tool to inform the seller of what issues can be anticipated and possibly make corrections before they delay or prevent a sale. All of my reports include pictures and the description of any concerning issues as well as suggestions for safety repairs and possible future repair expenses.
