  Anonymous post no. 12023 Hi all I'm moving out of my rental property and have to get a bond clean. I have been quoted $950 including carpet clean, for a small 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house.. Does that seem right? The house is not in a bad way at all. Makes me want to clean the house myself but I know how picky real estates can be. This is the first time getting a bond clean done so not sure if this is the norm or not.. Thanks
