Going up to Boston next Wednesday, September 4th, for another round of chemotherapy. Because of all the doctor's appointments, we'll be spending the night. Assuming I am fit enough to go out to dinner (which could simply be fantasy), we're looking for a restaurant.
Those in the know, please weigh in on the following choices:
1. Cinquecento (South End Italian food)
2. The Gallows (South End Gastropub)
3. Blue Nile (Ethiopian Cuisine in Jamaica Plain)
After living a combined 15 years in NYC and Chicago, Boston food still has a way of coming up short for me, so feel free to suggest your favorite hidden gem. Historically I have found that ethnic restaurants offer the most vegetarian options, though post-chemo noting too spicy goes down very well.
Thanks for the input.
