Ok, so my back is constantly tense and has been for at least 10 years, but it's getting worse. Especially my neck, upper back and shoulders. It's always cracking and I feel tons of knots. Can anyone reccomend a way to prevent this from happening? Massages usually provide a temporary relief. I've never tried acupuncture but keep meaning to and I also am afraid to see a chiropractor cause I've heard mixed opinions.
