  I can't speak to exactly what you're looking for, but I had a good experience with Dr. Lenfestey at the Piedmont Foot and Ankle clinic ([link](http://www.piedmontfootclinic.com/)). I saw him for some particularly bad ingrown toenail issues, and he was helpful, direct, and pretty accommodating given I didn't have health insurance. The staff was great, too.
