Annette Virgil ~ A Full Time Licensed Broker Associate Since 1989. Hello, I am a Colorado Springs local and know the area! I grew up here and love it! I also grew up in the building and real estate business. I have watched El Paso County grow into the beautiful area it is today. My father, Al Hurley was a well known Builder and Realtor who taught my team and I houses from the ground up. I work with my husband of 20 years, Randy Virgil (Also a Colorado Native) and my son Blake Szentmartoni, (A Colorado Springs Native). Randy has been working in the real estate industry since 1998 and my son Blake, literally his entire life. Blake is a 2004 Liberty High School graduate, and a 2008 UNC graduate with BA’s in Marketing and Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate.
We have had the honor helping generations of Colorado Springs residents with their real estate needs. I am a Certified Residential Specialist, a 2005 RE/MAX Hall of Fame recipient, an All Star Zillow Agent and a True Hands On Horse Person who knows Acreage.
