  http://www.crosbysmiles.com/about.html - I've gone to 4 different dentists in Anchorage and he was my favorite. He only takes one patient at a time so you're not shuffled between appointments and he devotes the appointment just to you. Biederman on Fireweed and A are also really good (I worked for them for a bit).
