I'm looking to get acouple of my pigs butchered. Any recommendations on which processing place to use? I've heard Das Butcher Haus spoken well of but can't get hold of them. Has anyone used Ozark Custom Butchering in West Fork? Would you recommend them? I'm located in Japton. Never done this before so looking forward to enjoying tasty home-raued rk chops sasausages, and perhaps bacon!
