So i remember a long time ago i THINK from this group someone recommended an Italian place that was v vegan friendly where they like, create your meal based on your preferences or something? Can anyone tell me what that's called? (I feel like it was maybe in Wallingford or Ballard or Fremont or something but don't quote me on that.) Also if you don't know but have any other recommendations for somewhere with good vegan Italian options that would be great, preferably with omni options too. Looking slightly more on the "nicer" side as it's for a 5 year anniversary, so as much as I love them, no Razzi's/Pizza Pi recs please. Also, I'm in Bellevue, so Eastside recs are ok (probably better actually) too but happy to travel.
