  Cindy, we used Garage Door Service & Sales in 2004 from Loveland, www.garagedoorsloveland.com and Garage Gadgetry in 2011 from Ft. Collins www.garagegadgetry.net. They both did a good job replacing springs on our rentals and were reasonable.
