I texted, called, emailed for months. And he disappeared. “Phone was fucked up” finally when I told him I’m going to have to leave an honest review about his professional work. He responds with... “Hey Jo, There are a few issues I am having getting up there and I want to resolve the issue without either of us upset in the end. “ I have text messages, emails, photos, of reasons why NOT to hire him for your work. Unfortunately he has the power to take down negative reviews. I already contacted BBB and left a review on Facebook which he can take down as well. I will continue to warn people of the damage he has caused. Oh did I mentioned that he was a GC at my home for an FHA203K project and never paid one of the subcontractors? (I have pictures and receipts) Jonny I trusted you with my home. You took my trust and kindness and confused it with weakness. I’m not trying to “hurt” your business, I’m trying to HELP others to proceed with caution. Note: please stop messaging me. You know what you did. You know that this was not good business. Who took advantage of our situation while we had a newborn. Own up to it and learn from this.
