THE SPACE
We are designed for those looking for comfort and peace on a budget - a home away from home.
A brand new home with comfortable #beds and quality linen, you can be assured of a good #nights #sleep. Decor is with a modern and stylish feel.
There are 21 #bedrooms in total - 5 double en-suites, 14 doubles and 3 singles across 3 properties in and around the well-positioned town of #Bicester.
We offer great, #comfortable and cost effective #short #term lets for local workers heading back home for the weekend, those in town to visit family and friends or those looking to explore the area. With shared amenities, access to the shared living room and kitchen and brand new furniture, clothes washing and cooking facilities, it really is a home away from home.
Close to local shops, public transport, parks and the pub.
Group #bookings will be considered, but unfortunately not stag or hen parties as we ensure a peaceful stay for our guests.
Children are not accommodated for although they would be welcome with a booking for the whole house.
GUEST ACCESS
All guests have access to the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.
The kitchen provides full cooking facilities, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave along with all cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
Guests are allowed use of the washing machine (at no cost) and airers are provided along with an iron and ironing board.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are available via phone and email to all guests for their requirements, but not living on site we offer our guests a peaceful stay. We are warm and welcome people, offering a home away from home.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Group bookings are available and discounts for large bookings may be considered, though parties are not allowed at the house for the peace of the rest of our guests.

Had a couple book and pay up front for somewhere in Bicester. They turned up and we’re not allowed in. They ended up stranded in white horse with no bed for the night.
