  Christine L. wrote: In May, I gave the owner, Sam Lobello, a deposit for $3000.00 for a patio. He said he would complete the work mid June to mid July. It is now October. Excuse after excuse every month why he couldn't do it. On October 6, he finally admitted he wasn't going to do the job. When I asked to get my deposit back, he said his lawyer would contact me. I asked for his attorneys name and number, he would not answer me. Later, when I texted him again, he pretended not to know me and said I had the wrong person!
