  I'm near Elkcam and Howland too and haven't found one yet I'm very impressed with. The one in the plaza at Howland and Courtland is the one I'd pick over the others in the area. "New China City"

  New China City has gone down in my opinion. My family orders a variety of things. The spicy dishes aren't spicy, it seems they have a base sauce for everything including sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken as the spicy ones! The chicken is often hard or over cooked. It used to be my favorite but I too am looking for a new place. I've had both in the Publix plaza and they were ehh alright. If you're feeding a family then you want good food for the hard earned money you spend!!
