The Waldick is located in a magnificent sea-view position overlooking the Irish Sea and the magnificent historic castle of Peel. From the hotel it is only a short walk to the centre of the town with its local shops and interesting historical streets. Peel also boasts an 18-hole golf course, which again is only a short walk from the Waldick Hotel. Peel has in the heart of the town the outstanding and award-winning House of Manannan, which every visitor to the Isle of Man should visit. The capital of the Island, Douglas, is about 30 minutes drive and offers a wide range of comprehensive shopping facilities and further activities and sights for the visitor. Peel is located also conveniently to the South of the Island for Port St Mary and Port Erin, and likewise to Ramsey in the North.
