About us

Hello and thank you for viewing my page. My background, qualifications and skills are in art & design, specifically pottery! Believe it or not, working with sugar is very similar! As the granddaughter of a (locally famous) cook I had little choice about enjoying baking. It is fair to say that my skills and choices in baking have improved since childhood, especially since becoming a Mum myself! My daughter is solely responsible for my enthusiasm and career turn into cake design when at 4 years old she chose a fairy-tale castle as her birthday cake!!! It is because of this that I try to keep my prices as low as possible.

I have also spent 20 years working in educational settings, nurseries, primary schools, special education & high school as well as running Brownie packs. As a result I love hosting cupcake workshops &/or parties. These start at only £5 a child.

I make bespoke cakes and cupcakes, for any occasion from my home kitchen. Prices start at £1 for cupcakes, £25 for celebration cakes and £80 for 3 tier wedding cakes.
