  There is a dentist at Jordan Valley does clip some tongue ties and as far as i know accepts medicaid - you could call the Green County WIC Lactation ladies and ask them as I'm sure they would know the details on that. There is also an orthodontist in Springfield, Dr. Cash (417-881-7512) who has been fixing tongue/lip ties but I would assume they do not accept medicaid. You also might have luck asking in the Missouri Tongue and Lip tie facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/MO.TTandLT.Support/ )
