I have an investor who is looking to invest just over £0.5m in 4-5 rental properties (HMO) to generate immediate cashflow, and will need a number of mortgages to achieve her required level of cashflow.
She needs some advice re: structure, LTD Companies and raising mortgages. Can anyone recommend a solid property financial advisor who can help set her up the right structure to buy these properties? Many thanks.
