  Mark Barrett is the best to advise about company structure and will make sure its all set up right from the beginning.   I've just spent my cash on a couple of places and now something else has come on the market I want! I can put down 50% deposit. £80,000 deposit and need to borrow £80,000. Rent would be approx £700 per month Does anyone know any lender who would give me a loan based on the rental income alone and not my income?   Hi everyone, Me and my partner are looking to start investing in property in bolton/bury. Does anybody know of a good mortgage broker from that neck of the woods? Iv'e spoke to a couple in london and they told me I'd need a credit rating of over 900 if i was to be approved for lending. Considering I'm looking to buy houses under 100k with a 25% deposit, I highly doubt this to be the case. If any one has any leads or advice please get back to me. Cheers Tom
