Sandy L. wrote: ZERO! I rented a phone for the Dominican Republic. Upon arrival at my room in this massive resort I found my bed crawling with bed bugs between the sheets. It was 8 pm and no one was answering the front desk or customer service phones in the resort. I tried to call using the TravelCell phone following their instructions and got the message "this phone is only for emergency calls" and was disconnected. They take no responsibility for whether or not their service works. This service is useless, and now, 13 weeks after my return, I've just gotten their $43 bill for their useless phone.
