UPDATE: Apparently my roof is leaking. So any recommendations for a roofer would be awesome! Thanks for everyone’s recommendations on mold inspectors. This one spot on my ceiling keeps growing mold. Moved in two years ago. Sprayed it the first time because we couldn’t find anywhere that was wet. Took over a year but it grew back. Any advice and recommendations for mold specialist would be appreciated
