I've found a huge problem in my bathroom which I'm sure will require the removal and replacement of part off the wall. The actual landlord tries to fix everything themselves and this is going to take a professional. I've got in touch with some mold professionals but it costs money for them to even come out and look at it. I'm afraid it might be dangerous so I need to get this looked into asap.
