  Ok so I know I have probably asked or my wife, possibly other people too. We are ready to close escrow on a house which needs some work done. We need a plumber for a water heater and leaky outside faucet and possibly new furnace....flooring (carpet on stairs and upstairs, wood/pergo downstairs and bathrooms)... good roofing company... electrician to check out some stuff(nothing major) and cabinets possibly replaced.. plus if anyone is good at interior painting :) messaging me would work best if you provide any of these services other than that fire away :) Thank you
