I called Tom after my initial post inquiring about roofer suggestions, (because he was suggested by so many people in our community). I needed an estimate for my roof because I was told I needed a new one very soon... Tom has been so good at communicating with us, taking the time to keep us updated with everything at all times, and being quite patient with me and my schedule ... But most important, I simply cannot praise him enough for his integrity and honesty... with him evaluating that I do not need to change my roof shingles for at least a couple of years!! In this world where everyone is trying to get business at ANY cost, it is so uplifting to see such integrity... No, you don't need a new roof anytime soon he said!! I will most certainly be calling him again for another free estimate in a couple of years like he suggested, and will probably be calling him soon again for some minor home improvement projects as well.
