  Summer workout starting soon If you tuned into Nightwave last night, you know I’m in the market of finding a gym. I am open to suggestions, but I’m looking for a cheap no frills gym. I don’t need tanning beds, pools, etc. I need free weights, weight machines, and maybe some cardio machines. I still planning my regimen, but I am planning on spending 3 hours in the gym each week. Like 3 days doing weights and maybe a day or 2 running. This is my path to start becoming a Chad.
