  Crayons in Rochester. Great people. Kelsey did mine but the guys in there are super nice as well. All of them do great work. Check out their portfolios. It's also super clean and I like how they each have their own room for privacy. http://crayontattoo.com

  Only two people I trust to get ink from. Dave at Boney Joes, or Mike (Crayon) at crayons in Rochester. I have about 5K worth of ink on me and I have won awards at tattoo conventions : ) these guys do award winning tattoos. Remember you get what you pay for. That's my two cents. Good luck!
