  Thinking of getting a doula for the first little bit once I come home from the hospital with my twins. Anybody use one? Looking for recommendations of companies, how many weeks you used one, how many hours each day or night.

  Yes! I have twins and used a great doula a few nights a week the first few months. She came maybe 2-3 nights/week. She would usually come around 10 or 11 pm and stay until 6 am. It really helped me with getting grounded. I was so nervous, overwhelmed and definitely exhausted and she really made me feel supported. And I got some sleep, which was most important in keeping me sane. They will work with you any way you need.
