Bit about me..... I am a personal trainer with a life long love of all things fitness. Having said that I am a normal, realistic, life loving 45 year old with over 25 years industry experience. I have a vast repertoire of exercises (bodyweight, resistance, kettle bell, resistance bands, mobility, flexibility etc) which ensures varied and enjoyable programming of sessions.
My years in the fitness industry has taught me a lot of things and I have learnt to realise that fitness just isn't everyones 'thing' and some people realise the need to get/keep fit but have no idea where or how to start. Some people have injuries and niggles which have prevented them from exercising for many years, personal experience of such problems has helped me help many clients to over come these niggles and go on to find a new love of exercise.
If you are pregnant or have recently given birth I can help you through the vulnerable months and also once your baby is born. Chasing the wrong exercises during these times can have a disastrous effect on the body.
