Hi, my name is Joshua Elizondo. I am a realtor with Remax Gold Coast. I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2016. It’s the people aspect that I love most about this job; People that are going through this incredibly exciting experience, that can also be very stressful. My goal is to alleviate that stress. I can’t imagine a job where you get to create as much joy and excitement as I do. My goal is to make your homeownership dreams come true. I live in the area and truly pride myself on my in-depth knowledge of the area, the homes, the prices and the amenities. My family and I have been residents since 2011 and are active members of the community. I enjoy showing our clients the best our community has to offer. I am a proud family man and have been blessed to share my life with my wife Joyce Elizondo and our two kids, Ian and Isaac. When I’m not helping people buy and sell homes, I love to spend time with my kids playing baseball and hiking with my wife. In my business, I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication and strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for my clients.
