  Need advise! I have carpel tunnel in both arms, but my right arm is killing me. I can't close my fist, my entire arm and hand are numb and the worse part is I am only getting a few hours of sleep. I wake up in a lot of pain and my arm feels on fire. Does anyone have any suggestions. I am going to give in and call a doctor. Today I could hardly write with a pen.
