Our mixologists can either offer you gourmet gin cocktails (completly out of this world) or classic gin and tonic blends. SA is quite big on the craft gin at the moment and we can recommend some stunning SA produced gins. Our chefs can also offer a small tasting menu to pair with the gins if you'd like that.
