Growing up Birthday cakes were always a surprise, did I have one? What was it of? I always remember being excited about seeing my Birthday cakes. My Mum would be up late the night before working away.
Now I am a Mum of three and get just as much enjoyment from being the one working away creating a master piece.
Everybody loves cake, more so when it is personal, well thought about and made with that special person in mind with every detail.
If a jobs worth doing, it's worth doing well. Attention to detail is defiantly my thing (a bit of a perfectionist some might say!)
