Hi, I am looking for a room to rent for the upcoming year, starting September 1, with a budget of up to $800. I am a young professional working at a nonprofit in the financial district with a 9-5 work schedule. Right now, I am able to walk to work, but am open to being in areas that are right on the T line that will bring me to work easily (South End, Back Bay, Cambridge, Brookline, Somerville). I am organized, keep my (and shared) space clean, and am respectful of others’ space. I am looking for those same characteristics in future roommates (preferably female).
